2025 WEE ART OPEN

Entry Rules 

​

ELIGIBILITY: 

● Open to all artists that work in 2D Media. 

● Must live and/or work in the Bay Area. 

● Maximum of 1 piece of art work per artist will be accepted. 

● Artwork must be of Artist Trading Card size (2.5”x3.5”) 

● Artist name, medium, and contact info should be clearly written on the back of the art.

● Work must be relatively flat. No deep 3-D creations or framed art. 

● All work must be of your own creation. 

● Artwork may not be digital or digitally altered.

● SUBMISSIONS can ONLY be made in person between July 1st and August 24th, 2025. 

● Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope for return of your art after the show.

SELECTION: 

All artwork will be accepted, but we get the final say on what gets in...just in case we feel something is inappropriate and/or would be found offensive. 

​

VOTING PROCESS: 

● Winners will be chosen by voting. 

● Voting must be made in person by ballot. 

● Voting will take place from September 1st - September 30th. 

​

NOTIFICATION: 

AWARDS will be announced and posted by October 15th, 2025. 

​

AWARDS: 

● 1st PLACE - Items that we choose + $150 Cal Art Gift Card

● 2nd PLACE - items that we choose with less value than 1st place + $75 Cal Art Gift Card

● 3rd PLACE- - items that we choose with less value than 2nd place + $30 Cal Art Gift Card

● EVERYONE ELSE - Pride for participating in literally the smallest show in the Bay Area.
